3.20.20 – Online Services at 11 AM & 6:30 PM Only
Well everyone, sadly, Coronavirus has now come to the Flathead. We have confirmed cases in the valley. We have been closely monitoring our local healthcare situation in making our decision for services. Until more is known, we have made changes. We will be streaming the 11:00 am service and the 6:30 pm service online at our Faith Covenant Facebook page. There will be no 8:15 or public services at this time.
Please know that this has not been a decision we have made lightly. Corporate worship is a great gift of God for His people and should only be canceled in urgent need. Streaming will provide an alternative, but it is no substitute for the face to face worship that the Lord has made us for.
Social distancing comes at a high cost. We need to make sure that we are reaching out to one another during this time. Isolation combined with constant media coming into our homes and smartphones can create a state of fear and anxiety. Take a break, turn it off and call someone to share a virus-free encouragement and conversation. The weather has been magnificent, go on a prayer walk or run. Pray for and with one another.
Today, we uploaded the first in a series of video devotionals to our Facebook page. This one is from Pastor John. I encourage you to go and take a look. Thank you for your flexibility in a difficult time. All of us are adapting together. Jesus is still Lord. Our hope is in Him.
